KHP series 2-stage Oil-injected rotary screw air compressors provide a reliable air supply of up to 25 bar for high pressure applications in the toughest working conditions, for example Bottle blowing (PET), Pharmaceutical industry, Food industry, Rubber tire manufacturing, Hydropower, Well drilling, Military, Biological and Chemical industry and many more applications.
Traditional piston air compressors suffer from reduced efficiency during extended operation due to the presence of numerous wearing components within the compression chamber. Over time, the wearing parts lead to air leakage during compression, significantly diminishing performance and increasing maintenance requirements.
In contrast, medium-pressure screw compressors offer a highly efficient and reliable solution. Featuring a pair of rotors sealed with an oil film, these compressors ensure smooth compression without direct contact between the rotors. This design eliminates wearing in the compression process, maintaining consistent efficiency over prolonged duty cycle.
T.E.F.C Highly efficient, totally enclosed fan-cooled (T.E.F.C.),IP55, class F electric motor can achieve high efficiency of 95.2% that brings an unprecedented level of energy saving. High quality high speed bearings from “SKF”are fitted for continuous trouble-free operation.
