World Class Dry Screw Oil-Free Compressor Airend
  • Advanced design of the two-stage dry screw airend assembly comprising of two independent compression elements comes from European patented technology, with compact structure and good rigidity
  • Thanks to the built-in gear transmission unit, the primary and secondary rotors are driven by timing gear to achieve optimal tip speed, and thus obtaining the best volumetric efficiency
  • Under the gear transmission unit, primary and secondary rotors with coated surface are driven by timing gears, fixed by radial and axial bearings, and together with the sealing structure, rotate without contact in the housing with cooling jacket. The volume of the compression chamber changes to produce oil-free compressed air
  • During rotation, both male and female rotors are not in contact with each other, the compression chamber does not require oil lubrication, and there is no frictional loss between the rotors
  • The whole series of airends are equipped with cooling jacket, which supports both water cooling or oil cooling, effectively balance heat load generated, and support higher-precision meshing gaps to ensure high efficiency and stability of the airend
  • Adopt high-quality alloy seal, stable and wear-resistant; Reverse sliding inner ring, small gap, good oil and air sealing effect, minimal leakage and is reusable
