ETC Medium Pressure Oil-free Screw Compressor

Traditional oil-free air compressor ≠ oil-free compressed air, because traditional oil-free air compressor cannot guarantee the intake air is absolutely free of oil. Industrial production, automobile exhaust, etc. do produce oil pollution to the environment. Oil presence in atmospheric air is thus hard to be maintained below 0.01mg/m3; therefore, the compressed air produced by traditional oil-free air compressors often contain oil contamination.

ET series medium pressure oil-free two-stage compression screw compressor adopts Germen catalytic oxidation oil removal technology, which causes the oil and hydrocarbons in the oil-containing compressed air to undergo catalytic oxidation reaction under the action of catalyst at control temperature. It is completely converted into carbon dioxide and water. At the same time, under the action of high temperature, the biological fungi in the compressed air is killed, achieving oil removal and sterilization of the compressed air, and stably providing oil-free and sterile compressed air to ISO8573-1 Class 0 standard. This oil removal technology is different from traditional filtration technology and is not affected by ambient air quality, pressure, temperature, humidity and the life of consumables such as filter elements.

Nowadays, ET series medium pressure oil-free two-stage compression screw compressors are mainly used in PET bottle blowing, laser cutting, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.

Energy Saving Electric Motor


T.E.F.C Highly efficient, totally enclosed fan-cooled (T.E.F.C.),IP55, class F electric motor can achieve high efficiency of 95.2% that brings an unprecedented level of energy saving. High quality high speed bearings from “SKF”are fitted for continuous trouble-free operation.


Intelligent control system

It is controlled by a microcomputer and runs fully automatically. It detects the exhaust pressure, temperature and other operating data. Through the joint action of the microcomputer controller, frequency converter and frequency conversion motor, it outputs a constant exhaust pressure for the user. When the air is not used for a long time, it can automatically shut down and restart when the air is restored, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving (frequency conversion model); Chinese and English display, with 12 important indicator warnings; the display screen displays pressure, temperature, maintenance reminders, high temperature and high pressure records of the operation history for maintenance and reference, and can provide manual and automatic control functions to maximize the reliable operation of the air compressor and increase its service life.

The catalytic conversion chamber

Inside the catalytic conversion chamber, it is full of catalytic which is solid, highly porous system of mega-, macro-and micropores.  The high porosity means also a high surface area of approx..200m2/g.

Chemical reaction the inside Eco Tec Converter is a physical-chemical process which uses this special catalyst to convert the oil and other hydrocarbons into water and CO2.

After it has passed the Eco Tec Converter the quality of the absolutely oil free compressed air exceeds by the requirements of ISO 8573-1 class 1 standard.

Innovative two stage airend design


  • The two-stage airend has upper and lower independent compression elements. It adopts an integrated design and has a compact structure and good rigidity.
  • Built-in gear transmission unit, the primary and secondary rotors reach a reasonable linear speed through the' main and driven gear transmission,and the volumetric efficiency reaches the optimal level.
  • Airend adopts design concept of large rotor and low speed. The shaft rotation speed is 1480 rpm, with low noise and small vibration.
