High-Efficiency Explosion-Proof VSD Motor
  • Rated IP55 for superior protection and enhanced environmental adaptability.

High-Efficiency Inlet Filtration System
  • The stainless steel inlet separator tank integrates inertial separation and a 5-micron inlet filter element to effectively remove liquid water and  contaminants—greatly enhancing the reliability of the oil-free biogas gas-end.
  • Extended service life and longer maintenance intervals.
  • Automatic zero-loss condensate drainage system included.


Stainless Steel Discharge Silencer
  • Equipped with a stainless steel discharge silencer as standard, significantly reducing operating noise levels.
  • Compliant with ASME standards or CRN registered for safety and quality assurance.


Dry-type Oil-free Biogas Screw Gas-end
  • Utilizes a German-designed, dry-running, oil-free gasend whose next-generation rotors employ a parallel, asymmetric male-female configuration. The deeper helical grooves admit greater volumetric flow while substantially reducing internal leakage.
  • Both stainless steel rotor and housing exteriors are finished with a novel, high-temperature, oxidation- and corrosion-resistant super-coating that exhibits exceptional adhesion. This coating maintains peak compression efficiency under prolonged high-temperature, high-pressure operation, significantly extends gasend service life, and lowers lifecycle costs.
  • Precision-machined external timing gears ensure the male and female rotors run stably without contact, enabling minimal lobe clearance and markedly higher compression efficiency.
  • The gasend housing features a full-circumference cooling jacket adaptable for water- or oil-based cooling. This high-efficiency heat-exchange design supports tighter rotor-to-housing clearances and sustains optimal volumetric efficiency under varying load profiles.
Stainless Steel Biogas Cooler
  • Oversized heat exchange surface ensures minimal temperature rise and excellent cooling performance, with sufficient design margin to enhance overall system efficiency.
  • Corrosion-resistant and scale-resistant construction allows for sustained high-performance operation over extended periods.
