Application area

It is mainly used for process gas unloading, loading, tank emptying, residual gas recovery and residual liquid recovery process systems. It is widely used in pressure boosting, voltage stabilization, power and purging in process flows, and can also provide a stable power source for power plants, food industries, medicine and experimental research units.

1. Compressed gas as power After being compressed, air can be used as power, mechanical and pneumatic tools, as well as control instruments and automation devices.

2. Compressed gas for synthesis and polymerization In the chemical industry, some gases are synthesized and polymerized after the pressure is increased by a compressor. For example, helium is synthesized from chlorine and hydrogen, methanol is synthesized from hydrogen and carbon dioxide, and urea is synthesized from carbon dioxide and ammonia. Polyethylene is produced under high pressure.

3. Gas transportation Compressors are also used for pipeline transportation and bottling of gases. For example, long-distance coal gas and natural gas transportation, bottling of chlorine and carbon dioxide, etc.
