CNG Dehydration Unit

Adekom's natural gas dehydration units are designed to effectively remove watermoisturefrom pipeline natural gas, achieving a pressure dew point of -40°C. These units are essential for applications in refueling stations and various transport terminals, ensuring reliable and efficient gas processing.

  Capabilities:

  1. 600 ~ 20,000 Nm³/h, inlet pressure 0.2 ~ 9 MPa, inlet temperature <40°C, dew point <-40°C
  1. 90 ~3,000 Nm³/h, inlet pressure 12 ~25 MPa, inlet temperature≤ 40oC, dew point≤ -40oC.
  2. Custom capacities available upon request.

  Comprehensive Solutions:

Adekom offers complete natural gas dehydration systems, feasibility studies, engineering design, delivering customized, integrated solutions to meet your specific operational needs.

Working Principle

Adekom's dehydration units operate using a cyclic adsorption and regeneration process. Natural gas enters the unit, where it is filtered and directed into an adsorption tower containing molecular sieves. These sieves remove moisture, producing dry gas that is filtered again before output. Simultaneously, a regeneration system, including an air cooler, gas-water separator, booster, and electric heater in a closed-loop configuration for efficient molecular sieve regeneration.
