Comparing with high capacity large piston compressors in the market, these large piston compressors use single-acting cylinders, having a large leakage ratio, low efficiency, and high energy consumption, which increase operating costs. Also, for high capacity big piston compressors, design, manufacturing, and purchase costs are extremely high. Furthermore, foundation is needed to be built before installation due to excessive vibration, this incurs higher investment and maintenance costs.

Less wearing parts, easy maintenance, less vibration, no foundation requirement; screw compression as first stage, which greatly reduce loading of piston booster, extending component life; piston is V / W type structure, in good dynamic balance, no need to replace piston rings regularly; Hierarchical starting (equivalent to 50% of the starting current of the complete machine), reducing the impact on the power grid, high-efficiency permanent magnet inverter duty motors, which are 8% more efficient than standard VSD motors, and up to 20% more energy-saving by variable speed regulation, effectively reduces operating costs;
