ADEKOM KSP Series is specially designed for PET bottling application to meet with market ever rising requirements of high efficiency and energy saving. This combination compressor organically combines oil-free screw compressor technology and oil-free piston booster technology to achieve a stable and reliable, low noise level, low energy consumption, small footprint high pressure air system.

Comparing with high capacity large piston compressors in the market, these large piston compressors use single-acting cylinders, having a large leakage ratio, low efficiency, and high energy consumption, which increase operating costs. Also, for high capacity big piston compressors, design, manufacturing, and purchase costs are extremely high. Furthermore, foundation is needed to be built before installation due to excessive vibration, this incurs higher investment and maintenance costs.


Simple structure and low maintenance cost

Less wearing parts, easy maintenance, less vibration, no foundation requirement; screw compression as first stage, which greatly reduce loading of piston booster, extending component life; piston is V / W type structure, in good dynamic balance, no need to replace piston rings regularly; Hierarchical starting (equivalent to 50% of the starting current of the complete machine), reducing the impact on the power grid, high-efficiency permanent magnet inverter duty motors, which are 8% more efficient than standard VSD motors, and up to 20% more energy-saving by variable speed regulation, effectively reduces operating costs;

Stable pressure to improve production efficiency and end product quality;


Intelligent PLC control

Centralized PLC controller to monitor every parameter of the compressor operation (remote access via smartphone is possible). Very compact design to minimize pipework installation and save space. After training, operators can complete daily operation and maintenance.

Water Injection Oil Free Screw Technology

Screw airend with corrosion-resistant food-grade stainless steel rotor, water for sealing, cooling and lubricating which prevents internal leaking and extra power consumed, and achieves low discharge temperature, high efficiency, stable performance,100% oil-free.

Efficient Oil-Free Piston Booster Design

Booster pump head is V/W type non lubricated design, with two/three double-acting cylinders, cylinder and packing have no oil for lubrication to assure zero oil contamination to the discharge air; Designed with compartment between cylinder and crosshead displacement pave to ensure that cylinder is internally 100% oil-free; low noise level, less vibration, compact structure, stable operation, good reliability, easy maintenance, and long service life.


Efficient Water Cooling System

Water-cooled with high-efficiency water cooler to reduce machine operating temperature. Final discharge temperature will not exceed 50℃. Greatly extend the service life of air valves, packing, piston rings and other wearing parts.

Advanced HMI for Monitoring and Control

Fully automatic monitoring system with graphical interface for user friendly operation. Remote control system is available for real-time monitoring of operating conditions and change of parameters. Comprehensive maintenance information / alert, system fault alarm and shutdown protection function for peace of mind operation.

Food grade stainless steel piping for corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high reliability.

Permanent Magnet Inverter Duty Motor

Adopt high temperature resistant permanent magnet motor. Motor efficiency is 8% higher than standard VSD motor
