Electrical Automation Engineer (PLC Control)

Position Statement

Responsible for electrical design work for the company’s new energy equipment and gas treatment systems;

Independently complete electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layout drawings, and BOM lists;

Responsible for PLC programming, commissioning, and optimization;

Responsible for HMI touch screen configuration and on-site commissioning;

Participate in industrial communication system design, including Modbus, RS485, Ethernet, etc.;

Participate in remote monitoring, data acquisition, and Industrial IoT (IIoT) related function development;

Collaborate with mechanical, process, and after-sales teams to complete system integration, testing, and project delivery;

Participate in on-site technical problem analysis and electrical system optimization.

Job Requirements

College degree or above in Electrical Engineering & Automation, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields;

Valid electrician certificate with more than 3 years of experience in electrical design or automation control;

Proficient in AutoCAD drawing software;

Able to independently complete electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and BOM lists;

Familiar with Siemens PLC programming and experienced in real project commissioning;

Familiar with HMI touch screen configuration; experience with Weintek or Siemens HMI systems is preferred;

Familiar with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, RS485, and Ethernet;

Experience in remote monitoring, data acquisition, or IoT projects is preferred;

Experience in customized equipment, compressors, gas treatment equipment, or new energy industries is preferred;

Strong sense of responsibility with good communication and teamwork skills.
